March 4th, 2008
At Cafe Artemis, March is a celebration of wine and food. We’ve been glad to see Helenans out and about as of late, gearing up for spring. To that end, we present (drum roll, please)…
Read on for more details about each of the above…
Do you love Walla Walla wine? If you said yes, you want to be at this dinner. If you said, “I don’t know, but I love wine,” you want to be at this dinner. Why? Because Walla Walla, Washington is quickly becoming one of the best-known wine regions in this country, and some might argue in the world. Eric Dunham is one of Walla Walla’s best known winemakers. Check out the Dunham Cellars website.
Dunham Cellars’ wines have received 90 points and above from Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate. Food and Wine chose a Dunham wine as one of “20 top bottles.” His syrah has been featured in publications abroad.
Eric is also an artist, whose paintings grace the front of his wine bottles. His visit promises to be educational and entertaining.
You do not want to miss this.
We are still working with Eric to finalize a menu that will perfectly complement his wine. The menu will be five courses with wine pairings to complement each course.
